      Employees were ‘free’ to negotiate a work contract to their liking within the context of accepting the ‘prerogatives’ of managers to organised and remunerate their efforts as they saw fit (Fox, 1974).

      I agree with these words by Fox, 1974 where this verse emphasizes the right of employees that as employees they have the right to express an opinion in relation to what is entitled to be given to them based on the privileges and fundamental rights they possess. But my question is are the voices made by employees still taken seriously and heard by employers or in the workplace?
