Each scenario was solved with Gurobi v.12.0.1 on a high-performance cluster node with two AMD EPYC 7543 CPUs and 16 DDR4-2933 64GB ECC RAM units. With 8 threads available, a single scenario required between 16 and 19 h and up to 130 GB of memory
