CEPS report on Fediverse wrt DSA, from early 2025. I mistook this one for the IVIR one from 2024 IVIR DSA en Fediverse 2024 in Zotero, which I have remarks about. I have seen this doc, but not sure if I actually took it in.
Was pointed out to me wrt ID reqs for social media, and if they would apply to fediverse (my first approx is no, if you federate much more agressively, yes if very large instances)
Relevant wrt DSA too, size and revenue type.
