Exaggeration of deep tendon reflexes was slight in the upper extremities, and marked in the lower extremities. Radiographies of chest and cervical spine showed similar findings to those in Patient 1. CSF examinations demonstrated an elevated protein level (342 mg/dL) without pleocytosis. WAIS-III demonstrated an overall IQ of 75, verbal IQ of 67 and performance IQ of 90.
