    1. Lats and abs, every day, 50-100 reps a piece. After that pick two more that are whatever you want, 50-100 reps a piece. I liked doing these as 2 supersets.

      I went for Jim's advice and set the accessories to 25 - 50 reps in the leader cycle, and 50 - 100 in the anchor.

    2. T1 lift. Hit a single at +5% from your last set. This is just for fun and to feel out some heavier weight. In retrospect, these could've been heavier, and next time I would probably do +10% or +15%.

      I like the idea of having that single in there. For my next cycle, I added a single with +10% of the last 5s Pro set.
