The exhibitor shall make sure that the sound level on his booth, generated by the video equipments, does not disturb the neighbouring booths. The exhibitor should use headphones while looking at movies on their booth. To evaluate the sound level and make sure that it is acceptable, we shall proceed to a sound test from a neighbouring booth : the sound level, when the video equipments are turned on should not be louder by 6 dB than when the video equipments are turned off.

hibitors and contractors are obliged to clear all waste materials resulting from installation and dismantling of booths within the Palais. Exhibitors and contractors must make arrangements to have all rubbish taken out before the deadline specified for stand installation and dismantling. Where this rule is not respected, all expenses will be invoiced to the exhibitor. If the exhibitor fails to remove the installations within the time limit set, the organizer will be entitled to destroy the installations and aban-doned goods, without having any obligation to refund the exhibitor for the value of those items.
