In Kolumbien wird der neugewählte rechte Präsident einen Rollback in der Umweltpolitik und bei der Energiewende einleiten. Beim Gipfel der acht Amazonas-Staaten kam es nicht zu einer gemeinsamen Erklärung zum Schutz des Gebietes.
