"waterproof printed circuit board" is what you are looking for... not trivial, but a solvable problem.<br /> ideally, the hardware manufacturers should produce hardware that can tolerate "continuous immersion in water" = IP68 or IP69 or IP69K.<br /> as a workaround, you could use a waterproof smartphone / waterproof tablet / waterproof notebook, and maybe waterproof USB devices (hub, keyboard, ...)
