We put a good dozen machines through a month, and large amounts of small parts. It's a great machine, but very expensive. Both the unit, the power demand, and the solutions. Not every machine or part can go in either, we still do many machines by hand to avoid damage in the ultrasonic. Quality of work is critical, but so is time. We can do the same level of in depth clean manually, but it takes 2-3 hours and the ultrasonic halves that time. We still do drying, rust removal, bulk grease, and final washes by hand to ensure consistent quality. Can't express enough how amazing the ultrasonic is. Deffinately increased our output.
