      We are at a point in time where we need to reflect on our business practices. The question should be who are we serving and how do we show we are serving them.

      I find this so true even if at first there is apprehension.

      I find the words creating a favorable environment the key piece of this statement. As we can all attest to, tension exists when the favorable environment comes into conflict with another's perceived "favorable environment."
