This is supposed to be a privacy policy for completing a survey not a SaaS product?

Under current data protection legislation you have the right to access information held about you. Any access request will be subject to a reasonable fee to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
Not only is the information held about me a 'transferable asset' but MARu group will charge you to find out what has been collected about you.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.
Transmission is at my own risk. So as a gesture of goodwill, if I complete the survey, my personal information will be transferred outside of EU and is at risk of being shared with third parties (unknown) and yet, I am responsible for the risk?

Why? is that allowed? I don't think that I would be happy about that as I am not reassured that 'taking reasonable steps' is actually appropriate considering one of those would be to host within regions specified by GDPR

I was going to respond to the survey until I saw this. I am offering to provide feedback for free and yet my personal information is collected and becomes part of the sale of the business in the form of an asset. The question is why is my personal information being held for any length of time after I have completed the survey? Isn't that a violation of GDPR?

In the event that we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we will disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets.
Why? I came across this privacy policy as I had been asked to respond to a survey about the website. Not only am I giving my feedback for free but then they want to take my personal information and give it away to unknown buyers and sellers (third parties) all of whom are fictitious and in the future?

I am unsure what this is and assume it is an error? If this is an error that seems odd that no-one was checking this as it is important information about how our data is used and gathered. If there are errors here, how can we be assured that our data is safe?

This would be information outside of the use of the website? The phone number used to contact (via phone) Does that mean you are collecting information not from the site but any information that connects to the business?
