To get a better sense of how prevalent multimodality is in all texts, spend the next few days col-lecting examples of multimodal texts as you go about your daily schedule. Maybe you can keep a blog where you upload, link to, or describe these texts, or you could start a Twitter hashtag where you briefly describe what modes the texts use.

From broad to specific, multimodality is used in both readings to show how to use multimodal strategies in every day life.
