Routine tasks such as data extracting, message answering, routine customer service roles – which are often performed by non-supervisors – are more likely to be replaced by AI applications.
This is a major complication and opposing view to the idea that AI just helps everyone equally. Entry-level workers are at a much higher risk of being replaced than mid to high-level employees. This means my final proposal needs to focus heavily on protecting and re-skilling the lower-level employees, not just the bosses.
