    1. As a company’s processes mature and the apps they use get more sophisticated, we expect to see the need to go to Slack for exception handling *decrease* over time.

      If Slack is an exception handler for faulty, lacking or immature business processes, then you would expect to see less Slack usage for more mature companies.
