    1. Maybe one day, JSON Schema would be able to express all the constraints in the OpenAPI spec, but I suspect some are going to be really hard.
    2. When we do release a final version of JSON Schema, please do not use JSON Schema to guarantee an OpenAPI document is valid. It cannot do that. There are numerous constraints in the written specification that cannot be expressed in JSON Schema.

    1. Below is a two page spread summarizing a Fast Company.com article about the Pennebaker method, as covered in Timothy Wilson’s book Redirect:

Worth looking into this. The idea of the Pennebaker method goes back to a paper of his in 1986 that details the health benefits (including mental) of expressive writing. Sounds a lot like the underlying idea of morning pages, though that has the connotation of clearing one's head versus health related benefits.

      Compare/contrast the two methods.

Is there research underpinning morning pages?

    1. Output() in combination with Path() allow very simple modelling for alternive routes.
    1. Another big issue is that the config wasn’t really expressive enough. From the beginning Rails needed a way to say “only compile application.css and application.js, but compile ALL images” by default. With our previous interface, we’re limited to only strings.

    1. controllers that speak regular MIDI and MPE

MPE support remains one of the distinctive features of Bitwig Studio since Ableton has yet to add it to Live, even after MPE became a standard. Maybe the connection to modularity isn’t clear to everyone. But it’s abundantly clear to ROLI and to some of us, musickers using DAW controllers and synths.
