Much popularization work remains to put newer evolutionary lessons on par with pop-science selfish-gene logic. But billions of years of harsh testing have taught all living systems to suppress certain sorts of disruptive selfishness. Economists should reflect long and hard on why the systems they study would be any exception.
Kate Raworth's Donut Economics thesis is a step in the direction of reframing economics towards cooperation and creating a self-sustaining world.

this design should be regenerative
Hier ist zwar nicht Design im Sinne der Designdisziplinen gemeint, aber es besteht eine Beziehung dazu. Wir können z.B. auch die Content Strategie im Sinne eines regenerativen und distributiven Designs konzipieren. Die Wissenschaftlichkeit besteht nicht in der Fundierung durch vorgebliche Naturgesetze, sondern in der Erkenntnis der Veränderbarkeit von Regeln.

Ich finde, dass das Zitat ganz gut zeigt, was das Beondere am Zugang von Kate Raworth ist: Die Verknüpfung von konkreter Aktion mit einem Konzept für eine neue Ökonomie. Dieser Zugang steht für mich in der Tradition der anarchistischen Praxis, die Veränderung sofort vornimmt.
