In unmediatedcommunication, social cues are communicated through words, tone of voice, gesture, clothing, facialexpression, proximity, etc. These cues provide information about a person’s age, race, social class, andgender, they reveal emotional state, and they help to choreograph the interaction.
I think this statement is accurate... but, there are still cases where people show certain facial expressions, tone of voice not because of the what they are communicating with that person but maybe an external factor that happened previously. For example if you just got told you were fired from your job and then you were having a conversation with someone about their new car. You may seem disinterested and angry even though it had nothing to do with them. This can be similar to the communication of social media, unconscious biases can lead to incorrect assumptions on what someone is saying especially when it is meditated communication.

Each student continues to practice until she or he reaches the standard of mastery for the skill. Upon reaching the standard, the student returns to the “project space” where time is unfrozen, to apply what has been learned to the project and continue working on it until the next learning gap is encountered,
I believe the "automaticity" that is being referenced in the 3rd problem with PBI is better supported by this statement. PBI does not allow for this repetition so that these processes can become second nature to the learner and be applied broadly for "real world scenarios"

I am unsure as to what "self correcting" is referring to in this instance. I understand that empirical, meaning actual real world results but I am thrown a little bit there.

Throughout most of this history, letters (i.e., messages written on physical objects which are conveyed from sender to receiver) have been the dominant form of sociable media
I believe that a general definition of social media is any sort of medium used to communicate within others such as letters, phones, but as time as evolved the definition has been shaped different due to the different mediums introduced such as online platforms and such.

Svelte will not offer a generic way to support style customizing via contextual class overrides (as we'd do it in plain HTML). Instead we'll invent something new that is entirely different. If a child component is provided and does not anticipate some contextual usage scenario (style wise) you'd need to copy it or hack around that via :global hacks.
-
Explicit interfaces are preferable, even if it places greater demand on library authors to design both their components and their style interfaces with these things in mind.

The other is circular: the meditation precedes the notes which enable the rereading which in turn reinitiates the meditation.
This reminds me of what Muckelbauer says when explaining that rhetoric might not have a definition. In this case, if writing takes a circular form, rhetoric can also lead to circuitous thinking.

If this chain of annotations doesn’t demonstrate what rhetoric is, I don’t know if we will ever understand this elusive concept.
What is compelling here is the word demonstrate rather than something like define. As with your annotation calling our attention to the term perform, I think your microresponse works as a "definition" of rhetoric insofar as it eschews defining it and simply performs it instead.

Then why, if you call rhetoric the art which treats of discourse, and all the other arts treat of discourse, do you not call them arts of rhetoric?
it is a fine distinction to classify art and other forms of expression as "arts of rhetoric". "A picture paints a thousand words"
-
And yet I do not believe that you really mean to call any of these arts rhetoric; although the precise expression which you used was, that rhetoric is an art which works and takes effect only through the medium of discourse; and an adversary who wished to be captious might say, 'And so, Gorgias, you call arithmetic rhetoric.' But I do not think that you really call arithmetic rhetoric any more than geometry would be so called by you.
"What is Rhetoric?" precisely "what is rhetoric?"

narcissism - that is to say, the discovery that the ego itself is cathected with libido, that the ego, indeed, is the libido’s original home, and remains to some extent its headquarters. enquiries advanced from the repressed to therepressing forces
eg what do we repress vs. what is repressing us
Repression is another well-known defense mechanism. Repression acts to keep information out of conscious awareness. However, these memories don't just disappear; they continue to influence our behavior. For example, a person who has repressed memories of abuse suffered as a child may later have difficulty forming relationships.
Sometimes we do this consciously by forcing the unwanted information out of our awareness, which is known as suppression. In most cases, however, this removal of anxiety-provoking memories from our awareness is believed to occur unconsciously.
Denial is probably one of the best known defense mechanisms, used often to describe situations in which people seem unable to face reality or admit an obvious truth (i.e. "He's in denial."). Denial is an outright refusal to admit or recognize that something has occurred or is currently occurring. Drug addicts or alcoholics often deny that they have a problem, while victims of traumatic events may deny that the event ever occurred.
Denial functions to protect the ego from things that the individual cannot cope with. While this may save us from anxiety or pain, denial also requires a substantial investment of energy. Because of this, other defenses are also used to keep these unacceptable feelings from consciousness.
