If I understand the problem correctly, just changing the imports to point to svelte/internal isn't enough because they could still point to different packages depending on how your components are bundled. It solved your specific issue, but if you had two completely unrelated Svelte components compiled to vanilla javascript bundled with Svelte, you'd still hit issues with mismatching current_component when using slots or callbacks.

I think we need to look into reworking how svelte/internal keeps track of the current component since it breaks when mixing components not bundled with the app. It sounds like we need to find a way to pass Svelte's internal runtime state when instantiating components, since slots and callbacks end up mixing different svelte/internal together.
As mentioned in #2937, this is the sort of thing that happens when you have two copies of Svelte's internal scheduler running. If you're importing the compiled version of an external Svelte component into another Svelte component, this is what you end up with. There's a svelte field in package.json that's respected by rollup-plugin-svelte and which is intended to point at the uncompiled Svelte source, so that the external component can be bundled together with the main app, without any duplicated internals.

Many people recently are complaining about bundler performance. But I don’t think any tool is going to solve performance problems. Bundlers can try innovative ideas such as multi-threading and improved caching, but you’re always going to hit a limit. If you’re having performance problems, it’s more likely because you’re not keeping tabs of what you’re importing, and haven’t considered splitting your project into multiple projects.

This is a demonstration of building a custom D3 4.0 bundle using ES2015 modules and Rollup. Custom bundles can be optimized to contain only the code you need. This example exposes just three fields on the d3 object: d3.event, d3.select and d3.selectAll. The minified and gzipped bundle is only 3,691 bytes, a savings of 93% over the default build!

If we compile our empty component and bundle it with Svelte internals, it ends up being 2,080 bytes uncompressed, and 1,043 bytes gzipped. So the overhead for using Svelte ends up being only a kilobyte. Compare that to other frameworks that require 10x or 100x that many bytes just to mount an empty component!

When an alleged fact is debunked, the conspiracy meme often just replaces it with another fact.
Campbell's discussion of moral reasoning presented as a "bundle" rather than a "causal chain" is relevant here; it seems that the author of this piece is suggesting that conspiracy theorists present their "facts" in a form that is different from the "causal chain" that Campbell disapproves of. Theorists are able to replace their debunked facts with other facts because they are not connected to one another in a chain-like fashion.

I found the use of the terms "bundle" and "chain" in comparison to one another rather interesting here. I think this is an effective image to use when discussing Campbell's view of moral reasoning. Campbell's rejection of the "causal chain" when discussing the effectiveness of evidence is interesting as I think "evidence" is a term that naturally evokes the necessity of causality; pieces of evidence must connect to one another, for example, to tell a story. I think Campbell's preference for the "bundle" image when discussing moral evidence is jarring at first glance, but effective upon closer consideration. His assertion that this kind of evidence cannot be axiomatic is better supported by this image.
