Grassroots Social Networking safety implies that each member can be held accountable to theirown utterances, as well as to utterances that they forward. As Grassroots Social Networking hasno controlling entity that can be held accountable in case members of the social network breakthe law, accountability and law enforcement in Grassroots Social Networking are more similarto real life then to the social networks we are familiar with.
I.e., protocol creators are not responsible for how it's used.

ReconfigBehSci. (2021, February 1). @islaut1 @richarddmorey I think diff. Is that your first response seemed to indicate the evidence was the search itself (contra Richard) so turning an inference from absence of something into a kind of positive evidence ('the search’). ReconfigBehSci. (2021, February 1). Great list, but I think one of the main problems with “absence of evidence fallacy” is its phrasing: “absence of evid. Is not the same as evidence of absence” is a true statement, “absence of evidence is not evidence of absence” is literally false @richarddmorey [Tweet]. @SciBeh. https://twitter.com/SciBeh/status/1356172673651503104

Our animating definition of leadership in #Unleashed is that #leadership is about making others better as a result of our presence, and having that impact last into our absence. Tuesday afternoon we will explore the role of #strategy in empowering people in our absence (hint: our strategy is only as effective as its ability to be understood in our absence).

presenceofasituation.
This almost seems redundant...almost. I guess I usually think of the word "situation" as being inherently pregnant with an assumed "presence" or "place" and that it wouldn't be necessary to indicate a situation's existence or appearance. I think this reveals Bitzer's conceptualization of situation as not only mobile (in that a "situation" can be present or absent) but also conditional.
