When revising the APA style, I can be quite irritable and overwhelmed. But I am gradually aware that the reference in research articles is quite important, which can’t be ignored. In other words, we should always try to be cautious, making our articles detailed, precise and evidence-based
List only the first author’s name followed by “et al.” in every citation, even the first, unless doing so would create ambiguity between different sources.

In general, APA style recommends using words to express numbers below 10, and using numerals when expressing numbers 10 and above
