I know Michaels was carrying the We R Memory Keepers typewriter, but hadn't heard about Home Depot carrying them.

- The world is up in arms about the 1.5 Deg C target when it ONLY GIVES US A 50/50 CHANCE!
- These are not great odds! In fact, THESE ODDS ARE TERRIBLE! What if you were given those chances in your cancer treatment? You would be concerned, wouldn't you?
- So what would an intervention closer to 90% chance of staying under 1.5 Deg C look like? If people consider today's intervention impossible, then a 90% chance would be beyond impossible. This is the nature of the challenge we face!

So all of these are necessary wedges to add to have a chance of delivering 1.5, if you assume, what I think my IPCC colleagues would call an orderly phase out of the fossil fuel economy. But, of course, I would like to turn that around to say, well let's take an Earth system perspective on this, 00:22:02 and just look at the tipping points, the buffering capacities, how the planetary boundaries are doing, and build it up from that perspective.
